Kaiser

Kaiser is a nonprofit, group-practice health plan with headquarters in Oakland, California. Since 1985, Molina Healthcare of California has been providing care for low-income individuals. Headquartered in Sacramento, Western Health Advantage is a non-profit HMO health plan founded in 1996 with a community-based mission by doctors and health care providers. With a focus on being a market leader in affordability since its inception, WHA serves Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Yolo, Colusa, Solano, Napa, and Sonoma counties.
