Service Areas

Northern California Service areas include Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Marin, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo counties. Southern California Service areas include Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.

• Local Plus

• Open Access Plus

The Cigna Open Access Plus network is broader, offering a discounted national network with nearly 970,000 doctors, specialists, and 17,000 hospital and clinical facilities. This network offers out-of-service area coverage.

Eligibility Requirements

• This plan covers businesses with 1 to 100 full time employees in California.
• You must conduct business in one of the service areas.
• You need minimum 50% of eligible employees within the service areas.
• Employers may select up to three Cigna + Oscar plans.  There are no restrictions on the combination of plan options.
• You need at least one common law employee other than you or your spouse.
